Cool spot. Local vibe. Not quite a dive bar. Karaoke night was fun, interesting crowd. Made for good times. Food was alright, place definitely serves its purpose.
Great lunch; the dip sandwich is awesome, and the tots are fantastic. My wife liked here fish tacos, the service is great and you gotta love the views.
Perfectly positioned on Liberty Bay with unparalleled views. Solid beer list and pub fare. I had the lamb burger and it was very tasty. Good sports TV viewing as well.
Y'all are super expensive and straight up skimp on the fries and tater tots. Take a look at my pics. SMH. Should he ashamed of y'all selves giving people just a handful each. Everything else keeps it trill though so I'll have to give you 5 stars.

We've stopped in here twice in the past 30 days when we came to Poulsbo for a casino visit. We like to sit at the bar & chat with the bartenders, who've all been super nice. The view of the bay was really lovely. We enjoyed delicious drinks & appetizers (boneless chicken wings with a garlic buffalo sauce) while watching NFL games. The bar was lively, with a nice mix of locals & visitors. Staff gets extra points for their 80s jukebox playlist- this GenXer loved it!
Have always loved this place. The staff is awesome. The restaurant is right on the water so the views are wonderful. It's bar food, but it's good!
Best place in Poulsbo for a stiff drink and a gorgeous view of the bay! A visit to the The Brass Kraken is almost always in the cards during any of our trips to Poulsbo, as it is among the best places to take a load off and stretch after the long drive from Portland, or unwind after hours of walking around and shopping on Front Street. The food is mostly standard pub fare, with a few stand out items (the lamb burger is worthy of praise!), but overall, definitely several tiers higher than any dive bar. Service has always been prompt and friendly, and the patio out back is the perfect place to take in a warm, sunny day (not that we're getting many of those, lately). Drinks are reasonably priced, generously sized, and delicious, whether your order is a specialty cocktail, or something old hat.
